Research/citation: land proper sources for every researched flag

Sweep the codex for best_practice lines whose source starts with
researched (the validator prints these as WARN). For each, find the
authoritative source (OSRS wiki page, or a documented operator guide)
and replace the researched <date> string with a real citation.

Known TODOs (2026-08-27)

  • codex/economy/low-alch-f2p.yaml -> "bank at a GE-adjacent bank"
    (standard operator practice; LA Cost section corroborates)

Also

  • Verify the LA->SII/HLA magic-training handoff level(s) from the OSRS
    wiki (Superheat Item / High Level Alchemy) and record it in the
    golden entry's related: note or as a small codex/training/
    handoff entry if it deserves one.

Done when

  • python3 tools/validate.py prints 0 research-TODO warnings
  • no new errors; PR links this issue; label in-review on open

[worker-implemented] Commit ca34e97 on issue-5 -> PR !10 (open, verified, head issue-5 -> main).

Scope: citation sweep + handoff verification per issue body.

  • Researched flag replaced on low-alch-f2p.yaml ("bank at a GE-adjacent bank") with wiki citations (Money making guide/High alching profitable free-to-play items; High Level Alchemy page). Validator WARN eliminated.
  • Handoff verified from wiki infoboxes: LA 21/31xp, SII 43/53xp, HLA 55/65xp, all F2P; LA page explicitly recommends HLA at 55 ("Players with level 55 Magic are generally recommended to use High Level Alchemy instead").
  • Recorded as transition-comment + related on the golden entry, plus new entry codex/training/magic-alch-handoff.yaml (nature rune economics anchored: id 561 buy 145, limit 18000 mapping + Module:Exchange agree, snapshot 2026-08-27).

Evidence:

  • python3 tools/validate.py -> RESULT: 2 entries, 0 errors, 0 warnings (was 1 warning), exit 0.
  • Automated figure checks vs fetched snapshot passed; zero researched strings remain under codex/.
  • git diff --check clean.
