Epic: OSRS Codex — source of truth for everything bot-able

Every bot-able OSRS activity described once, client-agnostic, so script
agents can translate instead of re-research the game. Schema is frozen
(docs/schema.md); gate is python3 tools/validate.py (must exit 0).

Domain backlog (priority order)

  1. P0 economy: alching (F2P + members), flip candidates
  2. P0 training: woodcutting, mining, fishing, farming, smithing
  3. P1 combat: bosses (Cox/KC first), then P2P monsters
  4. P1 slayer, P2 quests/transport/meta
  5. Maturity: price staleness sweep, XP-curve table, transport graph

Rules for every issue

  • Name the output path: codex/<domain>/<entry-id>.yaml
  • Provide source URLs (wiki/price API) — no unsourced facts
  • best_practice block mandatory (best-in-class setup, each line sourced)
  • Gate must pass; PR links the issue; label in-review on open

[worker-implemented] Commit 04a4af0 on issue-1 -> PR !7 (open, verified).

Scope: epic #1's uncovered P0 economy backlog item — flip candidates — as codex/economy/flip-candidates.yaml (children #2-#6 already own members-LA, woodcutting, mining, citation sweep, F2P alch catalog; no duplication).

Evidence:

  • Gate: python3 tools/validate.py -> RESULT: 2 entries, 0 errors, 1 warning (pre-existing researched flag on the golden low-alch-f2p.yaml; this entry adds zero researched flags).
  • All embedded figures re-computed from the fetched prices.runescape.wiki snapshot (mapping + latest 2026-08-27) and verified: anchor cost/income/net, supplies limits, gp/h model, top-8 table.
  • Limits cross-checked mapping vs Module:Exchange/ for all 15 shortlist items — agree.
  • GE tax verified at 2% (wiki: raised 2025-05-29, capped 5M/item); net model 0.98*sell - buy at band edges.
  • Key dated finding: 11/21 classic staples net-positive at band edges post-2%-fee; sub-2%-spread runes/bones/bars need sub-low buys or above-high sells.
  • git diff --check clean.

PR body explains why it says "Part of #1" and not "Closes #1" (tracking epic with open children should not auto-close on merge). Ready for manual review.
